What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the enquiry form on our contact page we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you have selected and anything you write in the message field. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp we collect the same kind of details in the course of the conversation. When you book a visit we also record the address or building where the work is to be carried out.
Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used to keep the site secure and to diagnose faults.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To schedule, carry out and follow up a service or installation visit.
- To keep a service history for your unit, so a returning technician knows what was done last time.
- To handle claims under our written 90-day workmanship warranty.
- To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations in the UAE.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else handles your information
This website is hosted by Hostinger, and the enquiry form on our contact page is processed through the Hostinger plugin installed on the site. That means Hostinger stores your enquiry on our behalf as a service provider. We do not pass your details to any other third party except where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to complete work you have asked us to do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months so we can follow up if you come back to us. Records relating to work we have actually carried out are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, and are then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work, including cookies used by our page-caching system. We do not currently run advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking on this website. If that changes, we will update this page before turning anything on.
Marketing
We only contact you about the enquiry or the job you have raised with us. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking first, and if we ever start sending a newsletter you will be able to unsubscribe from any message.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@acprodubai.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with us directly using the same address.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including serving this site over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the date at the top.
