Our Story
From Two Vans to All of Dubai
No dramatic founding legend here. Just a decade of showing up on time and writing down what we promised.
Where We Started
In 2014 two technicians left a large maintenance contractor with a shared complaint: the schedule mattered more than the work. They bought two vans, printed one-page quotations, and made a rule that survives today: if a AED 120 part fixes it, that is the quote, full stop.
The first summer nearly broke them. The second summer, half the calls were referrals from the first. That pattern has never stopped, and it is why we spend almost nothing on advertising and everything on training and stock.
Where We Are Now
Today our certified AC technicians cover every district of the city daily, from full villa installations to a single stubborn bedroom unit that needs repair before guests arrive. The paperwork is still one page. The warranty is now written: 90 days on all workmanship.

The Rules Our Technicians Work By
Every trade has its shortcuts. These are the ones we refuse, and they are the difference between a licensed AC company Dubai residents keep for a decade and a number they delete after one summer.
Diagnose Before Quoting
Gauges on, readings taken, then a price. Quoting from a phone description is guessing, and guessing is how customers end up paying for compressors they never needed.
Licensed, Insured, Documented
We operate fully licensed under Dubai Municipality regulations with insured teams, and every concealed joint is photographed before a ceiling closes.
Fixed Means Fixed
The quotation you approve is the amount on the invoice. A decade in, our variation rate is effectively zero, because surprises are simply priced in by people who survey properly.
Respect the Home
Shoe covers, floor sheets, vacuumed dust, and a walk-through before we leave. Trusted AC company status is earned in the corridor, not just at the unit.
Stock the Van Properly
Capacitors, contactors, fan motors, gas: carried as standard for the common brands, because a second visit for a AED 40 part wastes your day and ours.
Answer Afterwards
A 90-day workmanship warranty only means something if the phone gets picked up. Warranty visits are booked with the same priority as new work.
