The First Hour

How fast will I get a quote after contacting you?
Repair quotes come after diagnosis on site, usually the same day you contact us. Installation and project quotes arrive as a fixed, itemised document within 48 hours of the free site survey. WhatsApp messages get the fastest first reply, typically within minutes during working hours.
Do you visit before quoting, and does the visit cost anything?
For installations and larger projects the site survey is free with no obligation. For repairs there is a call-out and diagnosis charge of AED 150 to 300 depending on your area, and it is credited against the repair if you go ahead, so diagnosis effectively costs nothing when we do the work. Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major cards, and bank transfer for contracts and larger installations. Payment is due on completion, after the walk-through, never in advance for standard jobs. AMC invoices can be split into two payments on request.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, with no charge up to 4 hours before the slot: one WhatsApp message is enough. Same-day emergency bookings that are cancelled after a technician is dispatched carry the standard call-out charge, which we think is fair to the customer whose slot you held.
